Where this began

In 2007, this wellness path of healing became my calling, as I listened intently to the narratives of stress and disconnection among lonely, vulnerable populations. Each person is different and deserves to be closely listened to and valued. My technique is to draw on my life experiences, decades of teaching, crisis intervention, negotiation, grief counseling, coaching, a doctoral degree in clinical pastoral psychotherapy, and my faith to deliver high-quality care and a new path to wellness for you!
